Quantities for one drink:
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 1/2 oz Blended Bourbon
Dash Angostura Bitters
2 Or 3 Ice Cubes
1 Maraschino Cherry
1 Twist of Orange Peel
Blending Instructions:
Combine the vermouth, whiskey, bitters and ice in a mixing glass
Stir gently, don't bruise the spirits and cloud the drink
Place the cherry in a chilled cocktail glass and strain the whiskey mixture over the cherry
Rub the cut edge of the orange peel over the rim of the glass and twist it over the
drink to release the oils but don't drop it in

Lemon Drop
Vodka
Lemon Juice
Sugar
Quantities for one drink:
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 sugar cube
Blending Instructions:
Add sugar to the rim of an old-fashioned glass, and drop a cube or packet of sugar into the bottom of the glass
Pour vodka and lemon juice into a stainless steel shaker over ice, and shake until completely cold
Pour into the prepared old-fashioned glass, and serve

Juice of 1 Lime (1 oz)
2 tsp Sugar

Lightly muddle the mint and sugar with a splash of soda water in a mixing glass until the sugar dissolve and you smell the mint
Squeeze the lime into the glass, add rum and shake with ice

Quantities for one drink:
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3 oz Tomato Juice
1 Dash Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2-3 Drops Tabasco Sauce
1 Wedge Lime
Blending Instructions:
Shake all ingredients (except lime wedge) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add the wedge of lime and serve

Blue Margarita

1 teaspoon coarse salt
4 ounces Tequilla
2 ounce Triple Sec
2 ouncees freshly squeezed lime juice
2 ounces blue Curacaco
2 teaspoons superfine sugar
2 1/4-inch slices star fruit for garnish
1 lime, cut into wedges

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Place Tequilla, Triple Sec, lime juice, blue Curacaco, and sugar in the shaker; shake hard for 30 seconds. Fill the prepared glasses with ice cubes. Strain the margarita into the salt-rimmed margarita glasses. Garnish each with a slice of star fruit or a lime wedge.

Long Island Iced Tea

Vodka
Tequila
Light Rum

Coca-Cola

Quantities for one drink:
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Light Rum

1/2 oz Gin
1 Dash Coca-Cola
Twist of Lemon Peel (or Lime)
Blending Instructions:
Mix all contents in a highball glass and sitr gently
Add dash of Coca-Cola for the coloring and garnish with lemon or lime twist

Singapure Sling

juice of 1/4 lemon
1/2 measure gin
1 measure cherry brandy
Soda water to top up

Shake the ingredients well with ice, strain into a tumbler.
Top up with soda water and add a lump of ice.
Decorate with cocktail cherries and a lemon slice.
Serve with straws.

Tequila Sunrise

1 3/4 measures tequilla
3 1/2 measures orange juice
1/2 measure grenadine

Stir the tequila and orange juice with ice cubes in a shaker or jug and strain into a tall tumbler.
Add ice cubes then slowly pour in the grenadine.
Allow the settle, but stir once before drinking.

- 1 Buavita* 250ml
- 1 Kaleng bir 330ml
- 1 Kratingdaeng
- 1 Kaleng Sprite 330ml
- 1 botol John Roben Vodka (vodka termurah di hero, Rp.10.000)

*Buavita bisa di sesuaikan dg selera anda,tapi dalam contoh ini kita gunakan buavita rasa jeruk
Bahan diatas untuk meracik kuranglebih 1,5 sampai 2 liter pletok

Cara meracik:
1.Pertama-tama, ambillah wadah yang kira-kira volumenya cukup untuk menampung semua ini. Volumenya kira-kira 1,5 sampai 2 liter.
2.Lalu tuanglah seluruh isi Kratingdaeng sampai kosong botolnya.
3.Tuang juga isi Buavita, tapi dikira2 aja, kurang lebih sebanyak kratingdaeng.
4.Terus seluruh isi Sprite juga...
5.Terus Bir juga...semuanya
6.Nah ini nih..intinya..jadi lo pertama tuangin dulu vodkanya, jgn terlalu banyak, terus lo cicip dulu..ampe kira-kira menurut lo pas
7.Pas udah kecampur semua, lalu aduk campuran hingga merata.
8. Sudah jadi nih pletoknya, bisa langsung diminum, tapi lebih enak kalo dikasih es batu.
9.Pletok siap dinikmati dingin-dingin

Perlu diperhatikan
Hati-hati dalam mencoba takaran vodka dan mencicipinya, karena reaksinya sangat lambat, jadi bila anda cicip dikit gitu, mungkin baru terasanya belakangan gitu. Nanti bisa-bisa lo udah mabok duluan pas nyicipnya. Jadi bila belom terasa jangan terus tambahin vodkanya,nanti jadi terlalu keras gak enak. Itulah enaknya, lo minum terus tapi gak terasa, eh belakangan tiba-tiba udah mabok aja.

Tapi kalo lo mau licik sama temen-temen lo sih boleh juga. Lo minta aja supaya elo yang nyicipin terus, jadi lo bisa mabok duluan..kan enak..gak usah takut keabisan pletoknya.
